Today, every serious treasure hunter needs to have a Search and Share agreement with them when they go treasure hunting. Unlike it was in the Old West, today most of the treasure caches we want to search for are on private land in populated or semi populated areas. It is almost impossible not to be seen by somebody no matter where your search takes you. As some of my treasure map customers have found out the hard way, once a landowner sees you snooping around on his property without permission, it generates hard feelings, and it is often not possible to get him or her to let you search there again.
It is always best to try to find out where the landowners live, and knock on their door with a search and share agreement in hand. It makes more sense to settle for “half a loaf” then nothing at all. Not to mention, your search will be fun and relaxed when you don't have to worry about being caught digging, or red-handed lifting a treasure out of a hole.
If you don't feel comfortable formulating your own search and share contract, you can use the one I and many of my TH customers use. It's only $6.95, and all you have to do is print it out and make copies to take with you on your treasure hunting ventures.
Note: Once I receive your order, I will send you an e-mail containing a link to access the search and share agreement online. You should see the e-mail in your in-box within 24 hours after placing your order. Please be sure to check your spam filter if you don't see it.
